Buying refrigeration from overseas goes wrong in predictable places: a vague specification, an unverified batch, a shipment nobody inspected. Our service structure exists to close those gaps — with named people, fixed response times and documented evidence at every step.
You do not get handed between departments. One export engineer owns your account end to end, drawing on specialist desks for engineering, quality and logistics.
Refrigeration load calculation, cabinet sizing, market certification mapping and realistic landed-cost estimation before you commit.
Weekly progress reports with line photos, milestone confirmations and early warning if a component lead time moves.
Booking, mixed-model loading plans, container supervision, customs documentation and destination-specific labelling.
Fault diagnosis by video, spare part identification by exploded diagram, and warranty replacement dispatched fast.
A quotation is only as good as the conditions behind it. Before pricing anything we confirm the six variables that decide whether a cabinet will perform in your market.
A cooler sized for 25 °C ambient fails at 43 °C. We specify against your hottest month, not an average.
Matched to the destination grid, with the correct certification path identified up front.
A kiosk and a supermarket impose completely different load profiles on the same cabinet.
Clearance and access constraints shape the cabinet more often than capacity does.
For OEM and first orders we build a pre-production sample and record its behaviour on the test bench. You sign off on data as well as looks.
Time from ambient to set point, logged minute by minute with ambient and product-simulator temperatures.
Exterior, interior, control panel, wiring and nameplate — checked against your artwork before tooling locks.
The approved unit stays with QC so mass production is measured against the same reference.
Mass production runs with inline inspection at six stations. Every week you receive dated photographs of your actual order on the line.
Units completed, units in test, remaining quota and the date the last unit enters packing.
SGS, BV, TÜV or your own QC team — we schedule access and prepare the documents they ask for.
No unit leaves without a logged pull-down and stable-hold test on its own serial number.
Transit damage is almost always a loading-plan failure. We photograph every container load and keep the plan on file for your next order.
Bracing, weight distribution and door-side photos, sent the day the container seals.
Packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and certification files where applicable.
Video diagnosis for field issues, with wiring diagrams and controller manuals in your language.
Recommended spares kit shipped with new accounts; individual parts dispatched within 72 hours.
Two thirds of our export volume carries a customer's brand. Here is what that involves in practice.
Powder-coat and pre-paint in custom RAL, including two-tone combinations and door framing.
110 V / 60 Hz, 220-240 V / 50 Hz, 220 V / 60 Hz or 380 V three-phase, with market-correct plugs and cords.
Depth, height, door count, shelf pitch and drawer configuration adapted to your product mix.
Standard, brand-specified or customer-supplied controller; remote monitoring and alarm options.
Nameplates, printed manuals in your language, retail cartons and barcoded shipping marks.
Built to CE / CB / RoHS requirements, with ETL, GS or local schemes arranged where the market requires it.
Mutual confidentiality, then a technical kick-off call to lock the specification and target price.
3D or 2D drawings, artwork placement and label proofs returned for your written approval.
Moulds and fixtures produced, pre-production sample tested and dispatched for evaluation.
Volume runs with the approved golden sample as the QC reference, plus recurring photo reports.
If your question is not here, send it — a real engineer will reply, usually with a drawing attached.
For catalogue models we accept mixed containers from one 20 ft load — you may combine several product families in a single order. For fully customized OEM models we normally ask for one full container per model, or a smaller trial quantity when a new tool is not required.
Standard catalogue models leave the factory in 15-25 days depending on quantity. Customized cabinets without new tooling take approximately 21-30 days. Projects requiring new moulds add 30-45 days for tooling and sample approval before serial production begins.
Yes. We build 110 V / 60 Hz, 220-240 V / 50 Hz, 220 V / 60 Hz and 380 V three-phase variants. Compressors, controllers, fans, cords and plugs are all selected for the destination grid, and every unit is high-voltage tested before packing.
Our export builds are prepared for CE and CB schemes with RoHS-compliant components, and we work with third-party laboratories for ETL, GS or local market approvals. Because schemes differ per product family and destination, we confirm the exact route — and who holds the certificate — during quotation.
Always welcome. We schedule access for SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek or your own QC staff, prepare the requested documentation, and provide a working area for testing. Many long-term accounts run an inspection before every shipment.
We recommend a starter spares kit with the first order, containing the fast-moving items: controllers, door gaskets, hinges, fan motors and defrost elements. Individual parts can be ordered at any time and are normally dispatched within 72 hours of confirmation, shipped by air for urgent cases.
